Poison water

Today at dinner we were listening to the acoustic version of ‘Sweet Child ‘O Mine’ from Captain Fantastic. It’s such a touching song that I tear up slightly whenever I hear it. Anyway, Zoe was reminded of the trailer, and says that the part where the dad says that Coke is “poison water” is funny. I agree, and I tell her that it is poison water. Chloe says, “Yea! At school they say that if you drink too much of it, you have to wear a diaper!” I nearly choked on my rice. She said the teacher tells them that if they have too much candy, or sugar, they will lose control of bodily functions and have to wear a diaper. And then they have to dump out their pee everyday from a little baggie.

This is education, people.
